Helios Alternative Energy
Helios has been sponsoring opportunities in Puerto Rico and other Caribbean territories since 2017. Our activities predated hurricane Maria, and our focus has included buying existing solar and battery storage assets, developing new solar and battery storage assets, establishing relationships with local asset owners, and financing opportunities.
The partners of Helios work in close collaboration and focus on acquiring both operational and shovel ready development projects across Puerto Rico. Helios is committed to providing the most efficient clean energy solutions for the benefit of all stakeholders and residents in the community of Puerto Rico and neighboring Caribbean territories.
Together, the partners of Helios have worked in, sourced, and closed in excess of $5 billion in transaction value.

Jeff Anon
PARTNER
Mr Anon is a partner in Helios Alternative Energy I LLC. He has over 35 years of experience in project finance, operations, and investment experience. He has held executive leadership positions at the highest level in infrastructure development, pharmaceutical, food service, and wholesale and retail energy service industries. Mr. Anon is very active in the Houston community. Mr. Anon received a B.S. Finance from The Ohio State University.

Donald M. Wilkinson III
PARTNER
Mr. Wilkinson is a partner in Helios Alternative Energy I LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in infrastructure development, trading, and asset management. He began his career on Wall Street participating in the 2-year analyst training program for a large investment bank and is well versed in the areas of leverage finance, capital raising, financial restructuring, valuation, and asset acquisition. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in finance from Loyola College.
